29% out of the whole cohort's retained/kicked out/advancing due to some sorta appeal.......which makes 3 retainees out of every 10 pupils from a class for every class !!! Thats alot la!! seriously...means in our case, 32pupils....so around 9 retainees?? so 'kewl'??
At this point in time, ima helpless.....so im just going to Gun some Bound now =) Big deal....
